Best campground in area. I was totally amazed at the facility. Clean, total amenities and free firewood---all for $18. Really, really nice place. I will be back---soon, I hope!
Have camped here several times, and it has been our favorite campground in southern Indiana ever since we were introduced to it a few years ago. The scenery is extraordinary and truly breathtaking with the ponds, valleys, and tree landscape, especially in the fall. We go every year to celebrate my deceased sister's birthday, and the serenity of the environment far outweighs state campgrounds. The firewood is free, the restrooms are SO clean (and showers are like regular showers where you can keep the water on and control the temp!), and there are small houses for children's play as well as playgrounds. Sycamore doesn't allow alcohol, so it tends to be quieter and more peaceful than other campgrounds. Can't wait to be back next month! I'll share some photos with google once I arrive!!
